Simple 3-Step Return Process

  1. Notify our atelier: Email info@novura.ltd with your order number.
  2. Pack securely: Place the unworn jewelry in its original Novura presentation box.
  3. Drop off: Drop off at any InPost Paczkomat or arrange courier pickup using the provided return code.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment (BLIK, Card, or PayPal) within 3 to 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
